Pick-Up Procedures: All Locations (OPTIONAL)

Once consignors drop off their items, they are NOT REQUIRED to pick up any unsold items on Saturday. Pick-up is optional.

Lancaster & York (All Seasons): All Locations

Lancaster & York (All Seasons): All Locations

  1. The pick-up procedure will be the reverse of drop off but less rigid, as this is optional for consignors.
  2. After all shoppers have been checked out on Saturday, the computer team will upload the final day’s sales. This may be later than 12 PM, depending on the length of the checkout line.
  3. We plan to have a computer setup for consignors to print out a pickup list, but this is NOT GUARANTEED.
    1. The pickup list we may provide onsite, only lists unsold “Donate No” inventory items and not items with “Donate YES” tags.
  4. An alternative to waiting for a printout would be:
    1. Consignors with smartphones; may log into their Wee account, click on manage inventory, sort by “not sold” and locate items paperless.
    2. Consignors may print off their own inventory list at home, then mark off sold items nightly, bringing in their own pickup list.
  5. Before leaving consignor drop off, consignors should check the Quality Area for:
    1. Tagless items – items missing a price tag AND
    2. Unacceptable items – pulled by the quality team
  6. Once a consignor has located the unsold items they’d like to pick up, WeeHelpers will check all the pulled items, to ensure the number matches the consignor.
  7. No consignors will be allowed to pickup past 5 pm as the sales floor will be cleared for the Stuff-a-Bag charity event.
  8. Any items left beyond consignor pickup are automatically included in the Stuff-a-Bag Charity Fundraiser- no exceptions for Donate NO items.
  9. WeeUsables is not responsible for lost or missing items.  Therefore, if a consignor has difficulty finding something, they should check in an unconventional place (i.e. wrong gender or size) or in the Quality Area. Lastly, tell a Wee Manager.
  10. Consignors may have a friend or neighbor pickup unsold items if they email their permission prior to pickup.
