Pick-Up Procedures: All Locations (OPTIONAL)

Once consignors drop off their items, they are NOT REQUIRED to pick up any unsold items on Saturday. Pick-up is optional.

Lancaster, York & Harrisburg: All Locations

Lancaster, York & Harrisburg: All Locations

    • Picking up unsold items is OPTIONAL for all consignors. Bring a pen and your “wheels” again. We DO NOT have extra rolling carts, pens or other supplies available.
    • Consignors may begin collecting their items once the sale closes and after the floor has been cleared by the Sale Manager.
    • Consignors will locate their own items on the sales floor. Items are not pre-sorted.
    • It is our intention to have a computer available in the Hold Area, for consignors to print out their pick-up list. However, this is NOT GUARANTEED. Please print your list at home, if possible.
    • Printouts WILL NOT be available prior to 2:00pm.
      • Each list printed costs $3.00 which will be deducted from consignor earnings.
      • Consignors are welcome to use their smartphone to log into their Wee account, then click on manage inventory and sort by “not sold” to locate their unsold items instead of a paper print out.
    • Before leaving, consignors are encouraged to check the Quality Area for:
      • Tagless items – items missing the price tag
      • Unacceptable items – items that did not meet our quality expectations. Please ask our Quality Team about any item that was pulled so this can be avoided in the future.
    • If you have difficulty finding an item, we recommend checking an unconventional place (i.e. opposite gender or various sizes) or in the Quality Area. Most times, items will end up in a place different than where it was left at drop-off.
    • After consignors have located any unsold items on the sale floor and in the Quality Area, a WeeUsables employee will check through the items prior to leaving, to ensure that each consignor is leaving with the correct items.
    • The sales floor closes at 6:00pm sharp (no exceptions). Please leave ample time to search for your items. All consignors must be checked out prior to 6:00 pm.
    • Any items left on the sales floor beyond consignor pick-up are automatically included in the Stuff-a-Bag Charity Fundraiser regardless if they are not marked as “Donate”.
    • WeeUsables is not responsible for any lost or missing items.
    • You may have anyone pickup your items if you are unable to. You must email us at cs@weeusablesevent.com with the name of the person picking up your items prior to pick-up.
    • Consignor payments will be made within three (3) weeks after each sale.
    • Any questions? Please contact us.
