- Picking up unsold items is OPTIONAL for all consignors. Each
consignor may decide whether they come for pickup, collect ALL unsold items or just a few.
- Veteran consignors do suggest bringing a pen and your “wheels” again. Wee DO NOT have extra rolling carts, pens or other supplies as we are packing up all our supplies, for the next event. Please come prepared.
- After half-off event shoppers have been checked out on Saturday (Lancaster & York) or Sunday (Harrisburg), the computer team will upload the final day’s sales. The exact timing depends on the length of the checkout line.
- Consignors may begin collecting their items, after the floor has been cleared by the sale manager, usually 30 minutes after the end time. If you need to pickup on an earlier day or time, you must email (info@weeusablesevent.com) for prior approval.
- Consignors will locate their own items on the sales floor. Items will not be pre-sorted.
- It is our intention to have a computer available in the Hold Area, for consignors to print out their pickup list. However, this is NOT GUARANTEED, so please plan accordingly.
- Printouts WILL NOT be available prior to 2pm (Lancaster & York) or 3:30pm (Harrisburg).
- The line to printout pickup lists can be long, so consider an alternative:
- Begin collecting, without a list, based on your visibly “marked” hangers/tags.
- If you have a Smartphone, log into your Wee account, click on manage inventory, sort by “not sold” and locate items paperless. Wee <3 this!
- Lastly, you may print off your own inventory list at home, then mark off sold items nightly, bringing back your own pickup list.
- Before leaving, consignors should check the Quality Area for:
- Tagless items – items missing the price tag AND
- Unacceptable items – pulled by our Quality Team. This is a great time to learn from the team why an item was pulled and how to avoid this at future events.
- After you have located any unsold items on the sale floor and in the Quality Area, a WeeHelper will check through your items, to ensure your consignor number matches.
- No consignors will be allowed to pick-up ANYTHING past 5 pm (Lancaster & York) or 5:30 pm (Harrisburg), as the sales floor will be cleared for the Stuff-a-Bag charity event.
- All consignors should be checked out prior to 5 pm (Lancaster & York) and 5:30 pm (Harrisburg).
- Any items left beyond consignor pickup are automatically included in the Stuff-a-Bag Charity Fundraiser- no exceptions for DONATE NO items.
- If you have difficulty finding an item(s), we recommend you check an unconventional place (i.e. wrong gender or size) or in the Quality Area. Many times, items will end up in a place different than where it was left at drop-off. Lastly, ask for a Wee Manager.
- Remember, WeeUsables is not responsible for any lost or missing items.
- You may have a friend, neighbor, family member pickup your items, if you email your permission prior to pick-up (info@weeusablesevent.com).
- Once you have finished picking up any items and checking out with a WeeHelper, you are free to leave. However, consider sticking around for Stuff-a-Bag and help raise money for the event’s charity.
- Consignor payments will be made within three (3) weeks of pickup.
