Step 1: Register Online

Use the online program to register.
Select a sale location.
Pay the consignor fee.
Get a unique consignor #.

Step 2: Prep Your Items

Gather the "stuff" your kids no longer need.
Inspect, wash & clean everything.
Sort & hang clothing by gender and size.
Add new batteries to used toys & games.

Step 3: Price & Tag

Use our simple online inventory program.
Enter items and short description.
Choose the price and discount option.
Print your tags at home, or copy shop.
Attach tags to your items.

Step 4: Drop Off & Pick Up

Drop off your items at the venue.
Pick up unsold items at the end (optional).
Transfer your items to the next event; OR,
We can donate your items to charity.

Step 5: Keep More

All consignors keep a base 60%. Referral bonuses available.

Step 6: Get Paid

Get your $ FAST
Approximately three (3) weeks post-sale!
We use safe & secure electronic payment.
OR, we’ll mail a check.

Basic Supplies List

  • Computer, smartphone or tablet with Web access
  • Hangers—plastic or wire
  • Tagging gun & plastic barbs—most secure; OR, safety pins
  • 60-67# paper for printing tags
  • Scissors or paper cutter
  • Clear, zip-top-style bags of various sizes
  • Tape—painter's and clear packing or "Scotch"

Consignor Rules & Regulations (Legal Stuff)

  • Consignors hire WeeUsables to sell their items at the event. This fee is 40% of what is sold and covers expenses such as the venue cost, advertising/marketing, staff, equipment, supplies, insurance, etc.
  • Consignor registration fee is refunded for all new / first-time regular & restocking consignors only.
  • Consignor’s items are not guaranteed to sell.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any items on the NOT ACCEPTED item lists or do not meet our quality standards.
  • It is the intent of WeeUsables (not a guarantee) to only offer non-recalled items, items in complete working condition, and that pass CPSC safety guidelines. Please check no consigned items have been recalled no more than a week before the sale at cpsc.gov
  • Any items with missing or tampered / handwritten tags will not be sold.
  • WeeUsables has the right to refuse any inordinately large drop-offs or items outside the listed limits.
  • Consignors are not required to be present or work during the sale.
  • All registered consignors must drop off their items at the posted time or specific appointment time in order to participate. Want help? Click here to contact us.
