Tasks May Include (but not limited to)

  • Aid in maintaining clean and organized event areas.
  • Support team members in assisting consignors & shoppers.
  • Help with simple inquiries.
  • Support customer transactions.

Requirements*

  • You must be an active staff member.
  • You must review and sign our Core Policies & Standards of Employment.
  • You must submit your availability by all due date(s), for all locations, whether you plan to work at a location or not. Penalties apply for late submissions.**
  • You must work a minimum of ten (10) hours per season* to remain an active staff member in this role group.
    • To be eligible for advancement to other role groups, you must work a minimum of twenty (20) total hours, in at least a minimum of two (2) seasons, based on your schedule and event staffing needs.
  • You must be available for the shift(s) you commit to and communicate promptly if anything changes.
  • You must bring a helpful attitude and team spirit to every event.
  • You must pitch in where needed to learn the ropes in a variety of event roles.
  • You must help create a smooth, positive experience for consignors & shoppers alike.

Lead I

  • You must work a minimum of twenty (20) hours per season* to remain an active staff member in this role group.

  • You must be available to work Setup or Teardown Day.
  • Up to 68% consignor earnings when working & consigning at that location

Lead II

  • You must work a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per season* to remain an active staff member in this role group.
    • To be eligible for consignment benefits** when working & consigning at any location, the minimum hour requirement is twenty-four (24) hours* in this role group.
  • You must be available to work both Setup and Teardown Day.
  • Up to 70% consignor earnings when working & consigning at that location

Coordinator

  • To be eligible for consignment benefits when working & consigning throughout each season, you must provide meaningful support before, during, and/or after a majority of events throughout the year. Exact hour requirements may vary by role and event and should be coordinated in advance to ensure adequate support coverage.
